Color Compliments

I turned this assignment in today. The shoe is one of the little boy's that lives on the second floor. He dropped them months ago before it snowed. All the rain this last weekend uncovered them to create this image.

Sunday Drive

Cory and I went on an afternoon drive this last Sunday in hopes of some adventure. It was raining and snowing as we drove up into the mountains, and the windshield inspired these photographs. I have been thinking about doing a whole series similar to these.

Classical Portrait?

I was inspired to do this photo since I've been studying the art photographer Rodney Smith. He did a lot of very stylize classical feeling photographs. This was a work intensive shot, but it was a lot of fun.

Leaf on a Wall

Hey All,
This is my color assignment for the week. Monochromatic. My teacher said during critique that he thought it was a bit Japanese in style, because of it's delicacy and form of choice. This is actually right outside Cory and I's back window. It is against the stucco of the building next door. Hope you like it.

High Key Portrait

Our first assignment was to do a high key portrait. I used this wonderful girl in my ward. Hope you like it.

Analogous Color

For my Color class this semester he gives us assignments that have to evoke a feeling versus color. This is the one I did for analogous color, which is colors that are next to each other on the color wheel.
